What Do CTStore.us Packages Look Like?

We provide discrete shipping. Don't worry, nobody will know what is inside the box.

Where Does CTStore.us Ship To?

We ship within the U.S.. We ship to standard addresses and PO boxes. It is very important that you add the right shipping information to be able to deliver your order successfully. We ship from our nearest warehouse to customer address.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are shipped Monday to Friday only, regardless of service. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. If Monday is a holiday, items will be shipped the next business day. All orders have tracked shipping. If you need your tracking link, please wait 48 hours after shipping and request it by email.

Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?
Yes. You must select Fast Shipping (3-5 business days) method for Hawaii and Alaska orders. Other shipping methods are not available for these destinations.

What are your shipping rates?
We use a weight based shipping method. The final shipping rate depends on the shipping method that you choose and on the total weight of the ordered items. You can view the exact shipping costs on your cart page after you add every item and click on the "Estimate Shipping and Taxes" option.
